    Terms of Contest
    (1) New clients only (2) No face, eyes, ears, permanent makeup or genitals tattoos. (3)Tattoo must be at least 1 year old. (4) Must be under 12 sq. inches of ink (5) Must note no Accutane (1 year) or Retin-A, Retinal products in the area of the tattoo for at least 3 months. (6) All tattoos must be submitted online not in person with email address.
